Richard Tasker Cert P.F.S.
As Managing Director and founder of the Company, Richard has over 30 years in the financial services industry.
He is experienced in providing investment and pensions advice for both individuals and companies. He has advanced qualifications in pensions, and looks after a number of major group, self-invested and director schemes. Individual portfolio investment planning is also a very important area which clients need professional advice on, and this is something that Richard specialises in.
Richard also acts as Compliance Officer for the Company.

Terry Little F.C.I.B., Cert P.F.S.
Terry joined T&R in 1987, and brought with him a wealth of financial services experience from over 20 years with a major building society and from the insurance industry. His responsibilities include business development, particularly with solicitors and accountants.
He advises on investment portfolio planning and pensions, including group corporate and self-invested schemes. He also advises on tax planning, particularly inheritance tax and the use of trusts.
Terry is a Fellow of The Chartered Institute of Bankers and has advanced qualifications in pensions.

Steve Straw BA (Hons), A.C.I.B., Cert P.F.S., Cert CII(MP)
Steve advises on mortgages, particularly for corporate clients. He joined T&R in 1999 and is now a Director. Steve has over 15 years banking experience particularly within the business and commercial sector. His areas of expertise include sourcing finance from a wide range of commercial lenders, assisting portfolio landlords in the Buy To Let Mortgage market, and specialises in giving financial advice to the self employed owner, manager or Director.
He is also qualified to advise on mortgages, including Lifetime Mortgages and Equity Release. He joined T&R in 1999, and is a Director.

Andy Wilson A.C.I.B., Cert P.F.S., Cert CII(MP)
Andy joined T&R in 1987 having spent 7 years with a local building society, and was appointed as a Director in 2003.
He holds the Banking Diploma, and is qualified to advise on mortgages and re-mortgages. He also has a specialist qualification in Lifetime Mortgages and Equity Release.
Andy manages our mortgage department.

Jacqui Lane Cert P.F.S.
Jacqui has been with the Company since 1987, after 13 years experience with a major insurance company. She provides technical and administrative support in all aspects of pensions for individual and corporate clients (including a public limited company).
She is advanced qualified in pensions.
Jacqui is Human Resources Director responsible for training and employment issues.

Debbie Sinclair Cert CeMAP
Debbie joined the company in early 2007, after having 25 years industry experience within Banking and Financial Services; she has been a mortgage specialist for most of this time.
She has an excellent understanding of the mortgage market dealing in all area such as full status, self certified, council right to Buy, Buy to lets, and sub prime mortgages.
She works very much on Client recommendations and advises on associated products such as life cover, critical illness, accident sickness and unemployment, and home insurance.
Debbie is a qualified Mortgage Advisor and holds the CeMAP certificate.

Tim Ticehurst Cert P.F.S., CII(MP)
Tim is in his second period with T&R having moved back into the area, rejoining in 2001. He entered the Insurance Industry in 1968 working mainly in sales management before joining T&R.
He specialises in life protection, trust and tax planning, individual retirement planning and corporate pensions. He has an established client portfolio, which he has looked after for over 15 years.
Tim has the Financial Planning Certificate and is a qualified Mortgage Adviser.

Elizabeth Hogan BA (Hons) Cert P.F.S.
Elizabeth joined T & R in 2003 from a head office environment within a major insurance company provider. She is a graduate and has since gained progression as an Adviser within the firm. Her expertise is acting for corporate and personal clients in their pension planning and clients who need specialist advice on options for taking their pension benefits, such as income and phased drawdown.
Elizabeth has an advanced level qualification in pensions and is a member of the Personal Finance Society.
