Financial Consultant is required to cover the Lincolnshire area Thompson & Richardson is growing and is seeking to appoint an additional Financial Consultant. The role of the Financial Consultant is crucial to our growth strategy; working closely with a professional support team you will service an existing client bank. We offer a RDR compliant proposition and fee tariff.
Your role will be to maximizing income generation across all areas of the Thompson & Richardson business.
• Achieve monthly/annual income levels, service and quality targets.
• Develop an existing client bank and attract new clients and business to Thompson & Richardson.
• Service existing clients and ensure their affairs are in line with their personal and financial objectives.
• Build effective relationships with the professional community.
The successful candidate will ideally have:
• Proven success of working in an Adviser role
• Ability to meet agreed objectives and targets
• Ability to develop, implement and monitor business plans to increase sales and to respond promptly and effectively to changes in the market
• Understand and prioritise customer needs to deliver a high standard of advice and service
• Excellent communication skills
• A professional approach as well as a good work ethic and willingness to continually learn and work in a team environment
Qualifications
• Full FPC or equivalent and fully CAS, ideally full QCA Level 4 qualification (e.g. CII Diploma in Financial Planning) or prepared to study towards in line with the FSA's Retail Distribution Review requirement
• Applicants will need to have a full clean (or max 3 points) driving licence
